A 23-year-old man from Aberdeen has lost his life in a horrific three-car collision on Saturday afternoon. The victim, identified as Cameron Pearson, was pronounced dead at the scene on the B9077 South Deeside Road near Maryculter, Aberdeenshire.
Family pays tribute to ‘best big brother’
Cameron’s family and friends have been left devastated by his sudden and tragic death. They have paid tribute to him as a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend who had a bright future ahead of him.
His mother, Tracey Pearson, said: “Cameron was the best big brother to his two sisters and adored his niece and nephew. He was always there for them and loved spending time with them. He was a kind, caring, and generous person who would do anything for anyone. He had a great sense of humour and was always making people laugh. He was passionate about cars and music and enjoyed going to festivals and concerts with his friends. He had recently started a new job as a mechanic and was looking forward to progressing his career. He had so much to live for and we are heartbroken that he has been taken from us so soon. We will always love him and miss him terribly.”
His sister, Chloe Pearson, said: “Cameron was not only my brother, but my best friend. He was always there for me, supporting me, encouraging me, and making me smile. He was the most amazing uncle to my daughter and son, who adored him. He was the life and soul of the party and always had a smile on his face. He was loved by everyone who knew him and he touched so many lives. He was taken too soon and too young, and we will never get over losing him. He will always be in our hearts and memories.”
