Booty shaping is a term used to describe the practice of lifting, enhancing, and rounding the backside of a person. This can be done on yourself or others.

Butt massages can be given using various oils, creams, and gels that help to soften and smooth the skin of the buttocks. These compounds also help to give a glimmering or wet look depending on the type of oil or cream used.
Apply vaseline to your buttocks before going to sleep
This is the most important part of the whole process. You must sleep with vaseline on your buttocks for this to work. You can sleep how you normally would, on your side or on your stomach.
The key is to have enough vaseline so that your buttocks are covered and it soaks into the skin. Once this happens, the oil will slowly soak into the skin as you sleep, making it more dense.
The longer you can sleep with the vaseline on, the better. The best time would be a night when you plan to sleep in late. You can do this every night if needed, but try to not mix this with any other workouts due to lack of sweatability.
Do squats with a heavy object on your shoulders
This trick requires you to do a lot of squats. You can do these in the gym or at home, depending on your available space.
As you squat, you will need to find a stable position so that you can lower yourself all the way down and then push back up.
To make this trick more difficult, hold a heavy object on your shoulders as you squat. This will make it more challenging to raise and lower yourself, which will encourage glute activation.
At the bottom of the squat, your glutes should work to lift you back up. If you have trouble with this, try practicing getting out of a chair at work or getting in and out of the car.
You can increase the difficulty of this exercise by doing weighted squats or box squats. Both of these require equipment, so if you are practicing at home, try doing standard squats for enough reps and sets to work your glutes.
Do hip adduction exercises
Another way to enhance the shape and size of your buttocks is by doing hip adduction exercises. These are exercises that focus on the inner thigh muscles.
By working these muscles, you will build shape and thickness to your buttocks. You will also improve blood flow in this area, which will help improve the muscle growth over time.
Swiss ball hip adduction exercises are a great way to start doing these exercises. Begin on the ball with your knees close together and then slide yourself forward until just before you fall off of the ball.
Then pull yourself back up to a sitting position and repeat. You will feel your inner thigh muscles working to keep you upright on the ball while pushing you back to sitting position. Repeat this several times to get a good workout for these muscles.
Do hip abduction exercises
Another way to get a bigger butt is by doing hip abduction exercises. These workouts focus on the glutes and specifically the muscles that raise the leg away from the body or off the ground.
There are several exercises you can do to build up your glutes with hip abductor workouts. The most common is walking lunges, where you walk forward and then step down into a lunge, then back up. You can make this more difficult by shifting your weight to one side as you lunge and coming back up.
Other exercises include skaters, jumping Jacks, and bicycle kicks. If you are struggling to feel these exercises in your butt, then increase the speed or difficulty of the exercise.
Remember to always keep your knees straight when doing these exercises. If you find that you are bending your knees, then try moving down to a lower platform so that you have to work harder to complete the movement.
Sit on a tennis ball for relief
If you are experiencing pain or discomfort due to your workouts, experts suggest sitting on a tennis ball to relieve pressure on your glutes.
This is recommended for when you’re doing glute exercises or just general exercise like running or walking. A tennis ball can be purchased at most sports stores and grocery stores for a reasonable price.
Glute muscles are very strong muscles so it can be difficult to overwork them. Glute workouts can sometimes feel uncomfortable but not necessarily painful. If you feel extreme pain during any type of glute workout, then stop immediately and talk to a personal trainer or doctor about it.
Glute implants can lead to complications if done by an unqualified surgeon which can lead to pain, heaving, disfigurement, and/or disability. Only go to a qualified surgeon that has extensive experience in performing these procedures.
Massage your buttocks regularly
Massage your buttocks regularly to help increase blood flow to the area. This will help improve the shape and size of your buttocks.
You can perform this task yourself or ask a loved one or professional to help you. Massaging your own butt is easier than trying to massage someone else’s!
To massage your buttocks, start at the base of the hip and slide your hand up along the skin until you reach the top of the hip. Repeat this motion several times until you have covered all of the skin.
You can use coconut oil, almond oil, or olive oil to massage your buttocks. All of these oils are cost-effective and readily available. Choose whichever is most comfortable for you!
Massage your buttocks twice a week for two minutes each session to see results.
Stretch with a strap for your hips
Don’t forget to stretch your hips as well as your booty. A couple of tips for doing this are to use a hip stretch strap and do side bends.
A hip stretch strap is just a yoga strap that you attach to the top of your feet and then pull down to the bottom of your feet. You then step forward onto the end of the strap and then bend forward, reaching for your toes.
This helps loosen up your glutes and lower back so you can get the most out of your butt workouts!
Side bends are done by leaning to one side and lowering your body down until you feel a slight pull in your hip. You then straighten back up and repeat on the other side.
These both help get rid of tightness in the hips which will help you have better movements during butt exercises.
Eat foods that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids
Omega-3 fatty acids are found in certain fish, fish oils, and plant oils. Many experts recommend eating fish at least twice a week as well as supplementing with fish oils for overall health.
Healthy fats, like the omega-3s found in some foods and supplements, can help increase your butt size. This is because fat cells are regulated by hormones, one of which is called prostaglandin.
Prostaglandin causes the shrinkage of fat cells, but you need adequate omega-3 fatty acids to do this. By eating enough omega-3s or taking them in supplement form, you can constantly repopulate your cells with new omega-3s, causing them to grow bigger.
