Among the many highlights, the Scottish Culinary Championships will bring together the country’s best chefs in fierce competition, with the Scottish Chef of the Year contest being a standout event. In addition, there will be Culinary Arts demonstrations, a Skills Arena for budding professionals, and Live Theatre sessions, where visitors can watch live cooking and food preparation.
Another exciting feature is the Liquid Academy Live, a platform showcasing beverages, along with the Great Taste Market, which will feature the finest local produce from across Scotland.
