Edinburgh, Scotland – Element Materials Technology (Element), a leading global provider of testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services, has officially opened its new European Global Business Services (GBS) centre in Edinburgh. The expanded facility, located in the award-winning 1 New Park Square building in Edinburgh Park, more than doubles the size of Element’s previous office in Newbridge, Scotland.
The European GBS centre in Edinburgh is a significant milestone for Element. With over 200 colleagues and guests joining the celebration, the office comfortably accommodates the 220-strong workforce. The GBS teams include human resources, digital technology, cyber security, commercial, legal, and finance.

The new office boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including collaboration space, huddle rooms, an open-concept layout with hot desks, and abundant natural light. Situated within the growing business community at Edinburgh Park, colleagues also have access to health and wellbeing facilities, convenient parking, and excellent transport infrastructure.
