Between 21 and 28 March, photographers from across the country captured a variety of stunning scenes, each offering a glimpse into the nation’s natural beauty and everyday moments.
A Bridge Bathed in Color
Alan Findlater’s snapshot of the Connel Bridge near Oban stands out with its vibrant palette. The sky transitions smoothly from deep blue to fiery red, mirrored beautifully in the river below. The iconic structure, silhouetted against the colorful backdrop, adds to the striking composition.

Angela Perry had a front-row seat to a graceful moment in Fochabers, Moray. Two swans, their necks curving towards each other, created a picture of perfect symmetry. Framed by overhanging branches and surrounded by lush greenery, the pair looked like something straight out of a fairytale.

Jill McAdam spotted a more relaxed scene at Ardgowan Estate in Inverkip. A horse, wrapped in a blue jacket, lay comfortably in a grassy field, seemingly without a care in the world. The surrounding wooden and wire fence, along with the sandstone building in the background, added a rustic charm to the scene.
