“The data coming from America showed there’s clearly a need,” Charosky said in an interview. “What could we do if we actually put some effort behind this? How much could we make the company grow?”
The firm first established a regional presence by deploying teams to explore opportunities. This move validated its strategy, and in May 2024, it secured capital investment from Charlesbank to accelerate its growth further.
