Cinnamon Toast Crunch Pudding Shot

Cinnamon toast crunch is a cereal made by General Mills. It has been around for a long time, and is a favorite among many cereal eaters.

Buy cinnamon toast crunch cereal

First, you will need to buy a box of cinnamon toast crunch cereal. You can get this at almost any grocery store, Wal-Mart, or online store such as Amazon.

Make sure you get the cereal and not the crackers, as the crackers will not work as well. If you cannot find cinnamon toast crunch cereal, you can use any other flavored cereal. Just make sure it is sweet and has enough texture to it!

Once you have your cereal, set aside about two cups of it. You will use this later to top off your pudding shots.

You can either use regular milk or soy milk to make the pudding mixture. Both work well! I prefer coconut milk, so that is what I used in my recipe. Coconut milk also adds a bit of flavor that matches coconut perfectly.

These are both fairly inexpensive alternatives to dairy milk, and you can find them at most grocery stores or online.

Put cereal in a food processor

Once you have your cereal poured into a bowl, the next step is to put it in the food processor. Pulse several times until the cereal is broken into small pieces.

If you do not have a food processor, you can use a blender or chop the cereal by hand. However, using a food processor makes it much easier and faster!

Many brands sell pre-cut cereals, like chocolate chip cookies or vanilla wafers, so check your local grocery store to save time. If not, cut your own and save the leftover pieces to make chocolate chip cookies!

You can also use cinnamon toast crunch crumbs as an additional layer in the shot.

Add milk to the food processor

Next, add enough milk to the food processor or blender to cover the cereal you used. The consistency should be like that of oatmeal or pudding.

If you do not like the flavor of cinnamon toast crunch, you can replace it with another type of cereal. Just make sure to use the same amount of cereal so you have enough texture for the shot.

Many people use crushed up cookies instead of cereal in pudding shots. This is a great way to use up leftover cookies!

By now, your dish should be dry enough to put in the mixer or blender without wetting down the machine. Make sure to not overfill your machine or it may not blend properly.

Once mixed, pour your pudding shot into a cup and let it set until it is firm.

Mix together and put into pudding cups

After you have cooked your cinnamon toast crumbs, let them cool for a few minutes before mixing them with the vanilla pudding mix. You do not want to add warm ingredients to cold ones or else you will get lumps in your pudding!

Once all of the ingredients are mixed together, put some in each individual serving cup. We used shot glasses, but any small cup or bowl will do. Make sure they are dishwasher safe as you will need to clean them later.

Once all of the cups are filled, refrigerate until set. This can take a few hours depending on how warm your refrigerator is.

Put into fridge until ready to serve

Once the pudding is ready, you can serve it! You can either pour it into shot glasses or dish it out into bowls. If you choose to put it in shots, make sure to use plastic shot glasses so they do not get stuck in liquid when people try to pick them up.

Sending them to the fridge to cool down will ensure that they set properly. The soft caramel in the pudding creates a slightly chewy texture, which will set properly in the fridge.

People can either eat it as is or dip it in chocolate or caramel. Sending it out to guests already set out and decorated looks very pretty and festive. Everyone will enjoy digging in!

Saving some for later is an easy way to prep for next year’s holiday season. Keeping it in the fridge ensures that it does not melt and lose its shape.

Serve with cream or without

After you have poured your Cinnamon Toast Crunch pudding into your serving dish, you can add a layer of cream or serve it without. This is an easy way to add some more flavor!

If you choose to add cream, we recommend using cream cheese instead of regular cream. The reason for this is because cream cheese has a stronger taste than regular cream, and that will come through in the parfait.

Also, using cream cheese will make the parfait slightly thicker due to its consistency. This will help layer the flavors and look more appetizing.

To serve the parfait without cream, just layer the cereal pudding with berries on top and you are done! It is easy to customize this parfait for anyone with dietary restrictions or preferences.

Enjoy!

Many people use pudding shots as dessert shots or dessert snacks. They are perfect for eating when you are grazing through the night, or having as a dessert after a meal. Some even eat them for breakfast!

There is no limit to how many variations of pudding shots you can make. Some people make chocolate pudding shots, some make lemon, and some mix the two into a yummy chocolate lemonade shot. You can also add toppings such as whipped cream or chocolate chips for added flavor and texture.

If you are having trouble deciding what kind of pudding shot to make, look up some recipes or go with your favorite flavor of Kix cereal! You will not be disappointed.

Receive positive feedback for your recipe

Receiving positive feedback for your recipe is one of the greatest satisfaction. When you create a recipe, you will never know if it is good unless you try it yourself and with others.

Many times, people who try your recipe give very positive feedback. This is because they like to be nice and say things like ‘it’s good’ or ‘it tastes good’.

However, if they really like the recipe, they will tell you what ingredients they liked and why. This is very helpful for future recipes!

When making recipes, it is important to remember that there are many different tastes. What someone likes may not be what someone else likes. It is important to make everyone feel comfortable expressing their taste preferences in response to your recipes.

Again, receiving positive feedback for your recipes can help boost your self-confidence and pride in what you do.
