What Is A Club Steak?
A club steak is not actually a steak at all! It’s made of lower quality meat that has been cut into a thinner piece with thicker pieces of meat next to it. The thicker pieces are what gives it its name — they resemble a “club” shape when sliced horizontally. A club steak can be tough or very tender, depending on how much fat it contains and whether you grill or broil it. When cooking a club steak, make sure to cook it long enough so that it gets cooked all the way through and it doesn’t dry out too…
